QA/QC Specialist

Job Description
The QA/QC Specialist will provide oversight of the developer and general contractor for data center construction projects, ensuring compliance with design documents, quality standards, and project requirements. This role will split time between reviewing construction drawings and performing field-based quality inspections. Responsibilities include:

• Provide QA/QC oversight of developer and general contractor execution across construction activities
• Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements
• Perform field quality inspections and spot checks to verify installation meets design and quality standards
• Identify deficiencies, track issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Collaborate with construction, engineering, and project teams to resolve quality issues
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, project specifications, and industry best practices
