QA/QC – Painting / Surface Protection - Qatar

We are seeking an experienced QC Inspector – Painting to ensure quality control of blasting and painting works for Oil & Gas projects. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of coating systems and hold BGAS Level 2 certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect surface preparation activities (blasting, cleaning, profiling)

• Verify coating application as per project specifications

• Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, DFT, etc.)

• Conduct inspections and testing as per approved ITP

• Prepare and review inspection reports and documentation

• Ensure compliance with client standards and international codes

• Coordinate with site team and client representatives

• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
