QAQC Mechanical Manager

The Role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Mechanical Manager to lead all mechanical quality assurance and control activities on a large-scale data center project. This role is critical to ensuring that all mechanical systems are installed, tested, and commissioned to meet project specifications, operational performance standards, and client expectations .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Mechanical QA/QC strategy, procedures, and inspection plans
• Oversee quality control for installation of key mechanical systems, including:
  • HVAC (CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, cooling towers)
  • Cooling distribution systems (CHW/CDW pipework)
  • Fuel systems
  • Fire suppression systems (e.g., sprinkler, gas suppression)
  • Building management systems (BMS) interfaces (coordination)
• Manage and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality doc...
