Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards, ensuring it is effectively monitored, evaluated, and continuously improved.
• Establish and enforce quality policies, procedures, and best practices across all phases of construction projects.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to employees, acting as an advisor to resolve quality-related issues and meet project schedules.
• Conduct internal and external audits to verify compliance with regulatory, contractual, and company requirements.
• Recommend updates to policies and develop procedures that enhance organizational quality performance.
