QAQC Inspector – Mechanical

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections for mechanical works HVAC ductwork piping plumbing against approved drawings, ITPs and specifications.
• Inspect incoming mechanical materials against approved material submittals.
• Maintain inspection records, checklists and photographic documentation for all inspections.
• Report non-conformances to the QA QC Engineer for NCR issuance.
• Witness and record results of pressure tests, duct leakage tests and other site tests.
• Monitor subcontractor quality compliance and report observations to the QAQC Engineer.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of quality inspection experience in MEP/mechanical construction in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of HVAC and plumbing system installation and testing methods.
