QAQC Inspector (Mechanical & Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Verify adherence to mechanical and electrical specifications and drawings during construction and installation phases.
• Conduct thorough inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship identifying deviations from quality standards.
• Perform pre-functional and functional testing of mechanical and electrical systems documenting results meticulously.
• Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs) ensuring all critical quality checkpoints are covered.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Hold relevant certifications such as CSWIP, API, ASNT Level II, or equivalent for specialized inspections.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in QA/QC inspection within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Generation industries.
