QA/QC Engineer

Description

• Implement and maintain the department’s quality procedures, ITPs and checklists for valve overhaul, assembly, testing and calibration.


• Review work orders, datasheets, P&IDs and client specifications to define inspection and test requirements for each job.

• Carry out incoming, inprocess and final inspection of valves and actuators (visual, dimensional, functional).

• Ensure traceability of materials, components, serial numbers, certificates (MTC, COC, TPI reports) and maintain complete

job dossiers.

• Raise, investigate and close nonconformances; perform root cause analysis and define corrective/preventive actions for

valve/actuator failures.

• Coordinate with production, service, planning and thirdparty/client inspectors for inspections, FAT/SAT, punch list

clearance and final...
