MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A Incoming and Outgoing inspection

To conduct incoming and outgoing inspection for all raw materials, packaging materials, finished cartridges and others material on timely and effectively at determined sampling plan.

To ensure any non-conformances detected during incoming and outgoing inspection and report any abnormality found during inspection to supervisor / production / filling team for correction action.

To check the COA available for each delivery, follow up with Purchasing if no COA provided.

To arrange sample to test for TGA / DSC, viscosity at R&D center and JK Plant respectively without delay, and follow up the test result accordingly.

For outgoing inspection to conduct inspection on the type of products, labelling, quality, carton boxes, pallet and wrapping condition before loading.

To ensure all records involves in IQC and OQC inspection & test are recorded and retained properly.
