QA Technician

Summary: Supporting final inspection verification process improvement initiative, perform inspections, checks, tests, and inspection of incoming materials, parts and components used in the assembled jobs. Responsibilities: Execute Incoming Quality Check, Quality In-Process and Outgoing Quality Check, per assigned task. Provide Job status and Inspection report findings to Team Leads/ Management. Support in the final verification process prior to job approval and job receipt. Provide guidance to colleagues and mentor new hires Assist in generating checklist for FA projects and sustaining projects Support in the preparation and issuance of related DMR/ CAR Communicate Quality Alerts when applicable Perform complete FA dimensional checks. Assist with Supplier Site source inspection, Audit and Report documentation Mechanically inclined and hands-on individual.
