Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Clitheroe

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our Technical team at our Clitheroe site. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in FMCG manufacturing who is passionate about food safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Available Shifts

• Sunday – Thursday, 6:00am – 2:00pm Includes an additional 10% pay enhancement for any weekend working (Saturday–Sunday)
• Saturday – Wednesday, 10:00pm – 6:00am Includes an additional 15% pay enhancement for night shifts

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Quality (25%)

• Conduct HACCP audits and monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs)
• Calibrate weighing and temperature measurement equipment
• Verify cleaning standards using hygiene management systems (including swabbing and titration)
• Collect samples for microbiological and chemical analysis
