QA Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead in our quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The QA Lead will define testing strategies, coordinate QA activities, mentor team members, and work closely with development, product, and business teams. A strong focus on API testing is required to ensure integration and system functionality.

Work timings: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team, including task assignments, performance reviews, and mentorship.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Oversee all phases of testing, including functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and UAT.
