QA Supervisor - Night

JOB TITLE: QA Supervisor (Night Shift)

DEPARTMENT: Technical

REPORTS TO: QA Manager

RESPONSIBLE FOR: QA Technicians

MAIN PURPOSE:

Enforce and maintain the agreed quality and safety of the company’s products and site through specific responsibilities and through effective supervision of the QA Technicians. Please note this role is fully onsite and is a permanent night shift (11pm to 7am).

RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY TASKS:

1. To effectively manage their team day to day, carry out on the job training and regular performance reviews.

2. To be able to work within a team, be flexible in both working environment and working to a shift pattern, be able to have a positive input to the team.
