QA Supervisor

Job Description

• Direct the QA Technicians in performing a variety of complex quality assurance inspection and testing to assure that establishment and regulatory standards are met.
• Responsible for the improvement of inspection method to ensure high quality and productivity of the QA department.
• Suggest and implement changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase safety and efficiency of the department and the team.
• Analyze and resolve work problems.
• Plan QA inspection schedule and assign work of QA Technicians.
• Responsible to conduct training for new QA Technicians.
• Programming of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to inspect complex machined parts.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
• Align with customers and suppliers on the measurement method.
• Responsible for INS, MRB inventory.
