QA Specialist

TYPE: Initial one-year contract to become permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 30-40 hours per week (standard working hours are 40, but flexibility can be arranged for the right candidate). Core hours: 10am to 3pm

SALARY: €50k – €60k (including holiday allowance) Depending on experience

LOCATION: Geleen, Netherlands (hybrid working can be considered after probation)



QA Specialist Main Responsibilities:

●Develops, implements and maintains a robust Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. ISO / IATF standards) and industry best practices

● Identifies opportunities for process improvement throughout the process lifecycle

● Implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality

● Establishes and enforces quality control measures to monitor and evaluate product quality at various stages of production and/or delivery
