QA Quality Engineer (Aerospace MRO / Seletar)

Working location: Seletar
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
Job Responsibilities: Oversee QA standards and monitoring processes for MRO activities
Drive continuous improvement and identify maintenance/workshop issues
Support and maintain Safety Management System (SMS) implementation
Facilitate hazard identification and risk management
Track and ensure completion of risk mitigation actions
Report on company safety performance and recommend training
Support regulatory and third-party audits
Conduct supplier evaluation and assessment
Manage non-conformance processes (internal & external)
Oversee staff training, approvals, and competency needs
Lead process improvements and business excellence initiatives
Maintain audit records and track corrective actions
Perform root cause and corrective action (RCCA) analysis
