Profile:- Solid experience in QA leadership, ideally in fast-paced product or platform environments;
- Strong background in backend and API testing, especially with event-driven and asynchronous systems;
- Hands-on experience selecting and implementing UI test automation tools and frameworks;
- Familiar with performance and stress testing focused on system limits and real-world orchestration volumes;
- Comfortable working independently and making pragmatic decisions in ambiguous contexts;
- Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills across technical and product teams;
- Able to build, guide and mentor a small QA team (1–3 engineers);
