QA Manufacturing Specialist

Overview

A pharmaceutical manufacturing organization focused on producing high-quality injectable medicines.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time QA support on the shop floor
• Perform line clearances and monitor batch execution
• Identify, document, and escalate deviations
• Review batch records and GMP documentation
• Support aseptic practices and environmental monitoring (as applicable)
• Conduct GMP walkthroughs and support audits
• Coach operators on GMP and documentation practices
• Support investigations and CAPAs

Qualifications

• QA experience in a regulated manufacturing environment or interested in QA with Manufacturing experience
• Strong GMP knowledge
• Understanding of aseptic processes
• Good communication and decision-making skills
• German and English is a must
