About the role

The role is responsible for leading the Lean Six Sigma and Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives for ATCB in collaboration with the Global BE team. This position will drive continuous improvement programs, ensure compliance with quality standards, and lead customer and certification audits to support operational excellence and business objectives.

What you will do

• Champion and lead the Lean Six Sigma program for ATCB in partnership with the Global BE team to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee the deployment, training, and application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency and quality performance.
• Serve as the Head of the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with industry and customer quality standards.
