QA Lead Full-Time Experience 4+ years Location: Thiruvananthapuram The QA Lead owns the quality of our software products end to endleading the testing organization, setting the test strategy, and championing a culture of quality across engineering. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical depth in test automation with people management and cross-functional influence. You will be the final quality gate before release and the person leadership turns to for an honest read on whether the product is ready to ship. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and own the overall test strategy across web, mobile, and API surfaces.
