Key Responsibilities

Lead and define the automation testing strategy, frameworks, and best practices across projects. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automated testing frameworks. Designed AI-augmented QA workflows, implementation of AI-assisted QA practices using LLMs for dynamic test generation and risk-based test prioritization. Mentor and guide automation and manual QA engineers, driving technical excellence and quality mindset. Own the execution of automated and manual testing strategies across critical product workflows and releases.
