Job Description (JD)

We are looking for a hands-on Manual QA Lead experienced in testing POS systems, self-service Kiosks, and KDS (Kitchen Display Systems). You will validate integrated hardware/software experiences in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments. This role also requires experience with CMS sanity testing, preferably using platforms like Sanity.Io.

The QA will own test case creation, execution, and coordination with product, field, and engineering teams to drive high-quality deployments.
