What you’ll doOwn end-to-end test strategy for complex, cross-team products Lead automation efforts and improve quality processes across the organization Solve systemic quality issues and guide engineering teams toward best practices Drive non-functional testing strategies (performance, reliability, device testing) What you’ll need3-5 years of experience in defining test strategy and automation leadership 10+ years of relevant hands-on software testing experience Strong technical depth across frameworks, tools, and quality engineering Experience in influencing architecture, processes, and cross-team delivery Ability to operate independently in complex technical environments Experience in testing mobile application What's nice to haveExperience with large-scale distributed systems or device testing Background in contract testing, performance engineering, or release quality governance
