QA (Internship)

Job Summary

As a QA Intern, you will support the testing of our AI-powered voice solutions, focusing on ensuring product quality and reliability. You'll work closely with the QA and product teams to test applications, system integrations, and AI components such as LLM, Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Speech-to-Text (STT) systems, gaining hands-on experience in a real-world AI environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and document test cases for applications, SIT/UAT, and voice AI components.
• Test conversational flows, speech recognition accuracy, and response quality.
• Identify, log, and help verify defects and fixes.
• Collaborate with QA engineers and cross-functional teams during testing cycles.
• Learn and apply QA tools, processes, and best practices.
