QA Inspector (Inprocess/FQC)

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, testing and measurement for incoming, in-process, or lot qualification according to the work instruction and procedure.
• Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
• Provide support to QA supervisor/engineer/HOD for any defect control & defect analysis.
• To follow up & monitor effective lot after defect found & corrective action implemented.
• Knowledge of IPC620 standard and ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma or degree in a Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic field or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role within a manufacturing environment.
