Job Summary

FMX Express Cargo & Logistics is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) In-Charge to lead and manage the Quality Control Department. This role is critical in ensuring company-wide compliance with SOPs, service quality standards, and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive observations and discrepancy reports from QA Officers and communicate them to the General Manager FMX.
• Coordinate corrective actions through concerned Heads of Departments (HODs).
• Maintain daily records of observations, reports submitted, and actions taken through the system.
• Assign duty rosters to QA Officers and ensure optimal manpower deployment.
