QA Engineer

• Report directly to the Project QAM and assist on all QA/QC activities in project implementation
• Maintain and implement quality program for project activities to meet quality objectives and goals
• Review technical drawings, finalize baseline of documents and drawings to certify the correct set for product fabrication or amendment
• Conduct incoming inspection reports for COTS items or any items that first arrive in the company, ensuring quality products are received before assembly starts
• Provide in-process inspection at vendors’ sites during manufacturing, performing sampling checks and stopping production if non-conformance is observed
• Conduct metalwork installation inspection on sites to ensure workmanship conforms to SS638 standards and customer requirements
• Conduct modular tests or internal tests (Pre-FAT/SAT/ITC) at company premises, vendor sites, or on site for assembled equipment or system...
