QA Engineer - Salesforce

Job Description: Salesforce Sr QE Experience Required: 6-8 12 months Experience: 6-8 years Location: Toronto (Onsite/Hybrid) Hybrid (4 Days WFO) Key Responsibilities Perform functional and configuration testing on Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud; FSC preferred). Validate Salesforce components: Roles| Profiles| Permission Sets| Groups| Triggers| Batch processes. Execute manual and automation testing for Force.com applications. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium / Playwright / Provar. Perform API testing using Postman / Rest Assured. Write SOQL/SOSL queries for data validation. Manage test cases| test data| and execution metrics using JIRA / qTest / ALM. Build scalable automation frameworks across UI and API layers. Collaborate with Dev/BA teams to ensure quality delivery.
