Job Summary
If you are looking for an opportunity in Quality function, then Emerson has a great opportunity for you! The Quality Engineer ensures all components delivered from a supplier follow manufacturing specifications and company standards.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Supplier Quality:
Interface with Suppliers, AP SQE, Buyer and Global Supply Chain to drive Quality improvements
Drive supplier quality improvement on supplied parts and documentation
Manage supplier non conformance feedback and closing the correction action according to procedure lead time
Support MRB process and manage disposition of purchased components
Perform periodic audits of Supplier Quality System for the purpose of assuring continued supplier conformance to the quality system requirement 
Maintain supplier scorecard. Deliver results as measured by key metrics, such as supplier DPPM, Cost of Quality and c...
