QA Engineer (FAI)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Manufacturing to develop product QA plans during NPI phase.
• Act as the primary FAI communication window with the internal team, prepare progress update reports, and lead technical discussions.
• Develop, analyze, and record permanent solutions for any problems encountered during product or project implementation.
• Drive and support the project team to ensure timely implementation of First Article projects prior to mass production runs.
• Review DFM, PFMEA, process capability studies, and stack‑up tolerance studies for product design and requirements.
• Generate Control Plans (CP) and conduct Failure Mode Effect Analyses (FMEA).
• Prepare and review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) for customer approval.
