QA CMM TECHNICIAN



Job Qualifications:

At least High school or Senior High School graduate, College undergrad or with Vocational Course

Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role or equivalent within a manufacturing or production environment.

Hands-on experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Optical Measuring Machines (OMM) for dimensional inspection.

Demonstrated ability to conduct (FAI) and (CPK) to validate product accuracy.

Experience in performing Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and in-line support to ensure ongoing production quality.

Familiarity with jig and fixture qualification procedures to verify equipment accuracy and alignment.

Background in supporting engineering trials by providing dimensional data and feedback on new processes or equipment.

Proven ability to document inspection results, generate quality reports, and effectively communicate findings to relevant teams.
