QA Automation Engineer

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a hands-on automation engineers who can design, build, and scale automation frameworks that validate complete customer ordering workflows — from mobile app and web ordering portals all the way through POS and store integrations. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with deep QA automation expertise across mobile (iOS/Android), web, and device-integrated systems. QSR or retail technology background is a strong differentiator. This candidate will be responsible to design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for mobile applications (iOS & Android), websites and ordering portals, and POS workflows. Build and scale mobile automation test suites using Appium. Develop web automation using Playwright or Selenium. Automate POS ordering workflows and store integrations end-to-end.
