Position Summary
Your role will include testing our software products and reporting bugs, problems and feature requests to the development team. You will be supporting our clients and end-users of the software over the telephone, email and through remote support software. Other responsibilities include supporting our in-house team with their IT issues such as installing software and resolving technical problems.
Good English communication skills are essential, both verbal and written as you will be communicating with team members both in Thailand and the UK as well as supporting clients throughout the world.
