QA Analyst - French

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a bilingual (French/English) QA Analyst to support testing for a French-speaking conversational bot with a global banking client. There is a strong focus on validating French language content and speech‑to‑text functionality. This role is primarily functional and UI-focused, supporting early journey testing and business validation.

Key Responsibilities
 - Test and validate French-language content for a conversational bot, including spoken and written responses
 - Validate speech‑to‑text (voice‑to‑text) functionality in French
 - Perform functional and UI testing across customer journeys (Journey 1 onward)
 - Design and execute test cases in French, ensuring linguistic accuracy and quality
 - Support business validation by confirming responses meet French language requirements
 - Work within an Agile team using Jira
