Meaningful work you’ll be part of

Helping develop corporate restructuring plans, tax planning and tax strategies that meet clients’ needs

Being involved in business sales, mergers and acquisitions

Liaising with the various stakeholders involved in a file (the client, lawyers, accountants, the internal team, etc.)

Conducting and documenting tax analyses

Sharing technical knowledge and experience with other team members at all levels
