PVT Engineer

+ Lead Vehicle Engineering system VRT, Support Launch as assigned/ requested.

+ Acted as attribute leader in each assigned attributes or function ( NVH/ Vehicle Dynamics/ Vehicle Integration) and drive issue resolution

+ Deliver Quality actions to meet sub-system targets (WERS, Alerts, AIMS, BSAQ, GSAR, TVM, etc…)

+ Lead interface with Plant and Supplier Quality on sub-system related items.

+ Support VQR meetings with actions to address VRT Quality Glidepath/ Roadmap.

+ Train new VRT members on methods of Ford Quality, Design and Release, and Supplier Quality.

+ Additional for Senior Engineer level – Represent team as assigned on behalf of Supervisor.

+ Coach junior engineer for attribute related issue resolution/ process
