Purchasing Staff

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
• Researching potential vendors and evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
• Negotiating prices, and maintaining accurate records of invoices and contracts.
• Maintaining a fully stocked inventory and optimizing the procurement process for the organization.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
• Prepare cost analysis
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders

Qualifications

• Driving skills, knows how to drive and must have a Valid drivers license
• Preferably work experience as a Purchasing Staff or similar role
