Purchasing Section Manager

Job Description:

• Take in charge of all the material purchasing which are produced in oversea factory.
• Improve oversea purchasing standard process
• Deal with excess or slow moving PO in supplier side including coordination on rescheduling, cancellation or return where applicable.
• Develop oversea purchasing team include hiring, setting KPI and target and training related purchasing skill.
• Work closely with stakeholder to support production requirements and business needs.
• Manage and monitor supplier performance and relationship in terms of delivery, cost and quality.
• Lead price negotiation and cost reduction initiatives.

Job Requirement:

• At least Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in management/leadership role in specifically in manufacturing industry.
