Ichor’s Precision Machining business (IPM) is seeking a hands-on Purchasing Manager to play a critical role in scaling and transforming our Mexico machining operation during a period of significant growth. This is a working manager role for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and wants to directly shape how a high-growth manufacturing site operates. In this role, you will lead a small team of buyers while personally executing daily purchasing activities, deploying advanced ERP tools, strengthening supplier performance, and building scalable procurement processes that support aggressive growth and rapid time-to-market demands. You will be a key driver of operational transformation, with high visibility and meaningful influence across the site.
