Purchasing Manager

Mandarin Oriental, Desaru Coast is looking for a Purchasing Manager to join our Finance Department.

To ensure the efficient running of the Purchasing department through achieving budgeted colleague satisfaction, guest satisfaction and GOP results for each area.

Responsibilities

• Align management style, working practices and conduct with Desaru Peace Holdings Club’s vision, corporate values, operating standards and policies.
• To comply with Desaru Peace Holdings Club International’s code of conduct at all times.
• Ensure that policies and procedures are in place and operating, or request appropriate deviations from the Regional Director of procurement; report known deviations of Hotel Policy and Procedures to the General Manager and take action to address them.
