Job Description

Our team in Shah Alam currently has an opening for a Purchasing Executive

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Handling purchase order processing and coordinating local, import and export shipments.
2.Preparing shipping documents for the import/export shipments (Invoice/ Packing List/Insurance/COA/SDS/PDS) for booking purpose.
3.Collaborate with warehouse department to ensure on time and effective receiving.
4.Attending to suppliers enquiries through emails and telephone calls. (PO, Delivery status, products documents (BL,PDS/SDS/HALAL/ROSH,Etc)
5.Handle and feedback to suppliers such as goods returns, late delivery, damaged goods upon receiving, wrong delivery, wrong documents COA, etc.
6.Work closely with inventory planner on forecasting and all incoming shipments to ensure all customers order has fulfil. To inform warehouse for the goods receiving for those urgent shipments and coordinate accordingly.
