Responsibilities
- Outsourcing - Send out enquiry form to supplier to order / purchase items and follow up the purchase status
- Working closely with supplier representatives on ensuring cost effectiveness in all products lines
- Compare between product pricing and specifications, as well as payment terms
- Handle the order purchase, oversea shipment, stock control (documentation)
- Perform and juggle the following job scopes (Quotation, PO, Delivery Schedule and Invoice)
- Monitor delivery schedules
