Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality.
• Process purchase orders and follow up on production progress and deliveries to ensure the timely arrival of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Work closely with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Resolve any supply chain or delivery issues with vendors.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required by the Head of Department.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Experience in apparel, merchandise, or event-related purchasing is an advantage
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Organised, detailed oriented & able to multitask
• Able to manage timelines in a fast-paced event environment
