Purchasing Assistant

Job Description:- Sourcing - Source and select suppliers for the required products/services Negotiation - Negotiate for best prices, payment terms, lead-time Order Management - Generate & issue PO, tracking &monitoring OOR (Open Order Report), ensure on time delivery Evaluation -Monitor and evaluate supplier's performance Inventory Control - Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, analysed usage to minimize excess inventory. Record Keeping - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts. Job Requirement:- At least ITE/Diploma. At least 2 years of purchasing and warehouse working experience. Basic technical acknowledge. Able be work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Well versed in MS office.
