Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, requesting quotations, and preparing purchase orders
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and outstanding orders
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Verify invoices, delivery orders, and supplier statements
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams on material requirements
• Handle supplier communication and basic negotiation support
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies
