About the role
The Purchasing Administrator plays a central role in the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process, ensuring smooth and efficient procurement operations from start to finish. You will handle key activities such as master data maintenance, PR/PO approvals, and spot buying, directly contributing to the availability of goods and services. This is a hands-on position with close collaboration across regional procurement teams and internal stakeholders, where you actively support process improvements and help make procurement smarter, faster, and more effective.
What you will do
Drive end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay activities, including purchase requisitions and efficient order processing across MCAM HU and the MCG EMEA region
Support the achievement of key qualitative and quantitative Purchase-to-Pay targets within MCAM HU and MCG EMEA
