Job Description

  • To assist management on the purchasing paperwork and processes as required.
  • To perform day to day purchasing tasks.
  • To perform day to day administrative update duties, handle inquiries related to the purchasing including maintain record and documentation.
  • To coordinate with the warehouse teams on the scheduled order and stock delivery / receive status when necessary.
  • To communicate and support staff from various department regarding of the administrative request / task as needed.
  • To assist in general administrative functions and ad-hoc assignments.
  • Conduct research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
  • Monitoring inventory for stock replenish.
