Purchase Executive - Projects Institutional Lighting

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a lighting solutions provider who provides ecofriendly and energysaving LED lighting solutions across several countries.

The role involves vendor sourcing raw material procurement and inventory planning with a focus on suppliers from India, China and Turkey.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to ensure the timely supply of raw materials for institutional lighting projects.
• Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) and forecast finished goods (FG) requirements, translating them into efficient procurement schedules.
• Oversee Material Requirements Planning (MRP) ensuring accuracy and alignment with project timelines.
• Identify, evaluate and establish strong vendor networks in India, China and Turkey for cost‑effective procurement.
