**Job Title: Punch Press Operator**

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up CNC turret punch press equipment according to work instructions, blueprints, and production requirements.
+ Load raw sheet metal materials into the punch press and ensure proper alignment and positioning before running jobs.
+ Operate CNC turret punch press machines to run production jobs while continuously monitoring machine performance and product quality.
+ Adjust machine settings, tooling, and operating parameters as needed to maintain quality standards and meet production goals.
+ Perform first-piece inspections at the start of each job and conduct periodic quality checks throughout production runs.
+ Inspect finished components using measuring devices such as calipers, tape measures, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions, hole patterns, tolerances, and overall part quality.
