Responsibilities:
Workshop Operations
Lead the day-to-day operations of the pump workshop, including repairs, rebuilds, servicing and testing Plan and prioritise workflow to meet customer deadlines and operational targets Monitor job progress, quality standards and workshop productivity Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance Leadership & Safety
Lead, develop and mentor workshop technicians Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS legislation, policies and procedures Manage workforce planning, rostering and resource allocation Conduct performance reviews, coaching and training activities Quality & Customer Service
