About our Role
Join the Barminco team as a Pump Fitter and support our underground mining operations across Australia, with current opportunities available at sites throughout Western Australia. In this role, you’ll play a key part in installing, maintaining, and repairing dewatering and service pumps underground, ensuring effective water management and safe, continuous mining operations.

What will your day to day look like? 
Install, maintain, and repair underground dewatering and service pumps – Challenge Mono, Flytgt Submersible, Centrifugal and various air operated pumps.

Monitor pump performance and respond to breakdowns and water management issues

Conduct routine inspections, fault finding, and preventative maintenance

Assemble and maintain pipework, valves, and associated fittings

Work safely in an underground environment in line with site procedures
